Eligibility for Returns

Faulty Items (30-Day Returns): You may return any part purchased from Gold Coast Commodore Wreckers within 30 days of receipt if it is faulty. The item must be in the same condition as when sold, with all original packaging, labels, and documentation.

Change of Mind (7-Day Returns): You may return an item within 7 days of receipt if you change your mind, provided you contact us within this period with a valid reason for the return. The item must be in perfect, unused condition with all original packaging, labels, and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical parts and components (e.g., sensors, ECUs) are non-returnable if they have been installed.
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at goldcoastcommodorewreckers@gmail.com or call us at 0428 933 306 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely received.
Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@goldcoastwreckers.com.au.
